Better than both, IMHO. CGW has gone from a great mag to a POS. It's great if you still think boogers are funny. PCG is about the same. The editor, Greg Veederman, is a real twit.

This deal is only a few weeks old. These free magazine subs always take 2-6 months to start up. Ask around Christmas if you still haven't received anything. Having said that, I'm somewhat suspicious of a free magazine deal which is still available 3 weeks after getting posted here. Most free subs dry up the day or two after getting posted to hot deals.
