if it were a regular person they would have done community service, house arrest or something less severe. making an example out of someone is not a fair and non biased system. the judge should be removed from the bench and she should be re sentenced by a non biased judge. i know i am in the minority because im not a paris hater here but its bs that a judge has the power to make examples of anyone because they are rich or famous.
its not the fact that paris hilton is going to jail that bothers me, thats just going to sit in a different room to me, not a big deal really, its the fact that so many people dont seem to mind when judges become corrupted by the power they have.
