Hate to thread crap, but its not that hot, you have to cancel after the issue, and they keep bugging you and sending you bills. Plus all mags offer one free issue. Everyone knows that!

on the plus side, when I signed up and cancelled right away, they send me three issues and never billed me again!

If I like PC Gamer, I will pay $29.95 for 11 more issues and 11 more CD's
(12 in all). If I am not fully satisfied, I will return the invoice marked "cancel"
and have no further obligation.

and 30 bucks dont make it too hot to me.. nice effort though

in another magazine thread, somebody suggested ebay for subscriptions. they have three years for under $20 if you're interested. (you can get a year of maxim, stuff, and fhm all for like $4 if you missed the free ones too). anyway, just thought i'd suggest it.
