Want more than 2 copies of your Peeps coupon? Here's a bunch of different ways that should all work:
a) Xerox the coupon itself to your hearts content. (Yes, this will work. SuperMarkets scan the BAR CODE, not the encoded "dot scan" box below the expiration date).
b)
If your printer is a PARALLEL PRINTER connected directly to your computer's PARALLEL PORT:
[*] Configure your printer to PRINT TO FILE (i.e. "FILE:") and SET IT AS YOUR DEFAULT PRINTER BEFORE REDEEMING COUPON
[*] When the coupon prints, you'll be prompted for a filename. Give it a filename (I suggest providing a PATH as well)
[*] Once the file's been printed, open up a COMMAND WINDOW and type:
copy /b filename LPT1: <enter>
[*] Repeat the previous copy command as many times as you want to print out multiple copies
c)
If your printer is NOT a PARALLEL PRINTER, or if you want a PDF version of the coupon:
[*] Install a PostScript Printer (preferably a COLOR PostScript driver), such as the
Nec 4650 PS (if your current printer's not already a PS printer)
[*] Configure that printer to PRINT TO FILE (i.e. "FILE:") and SET IT AS YOUR DEFAULT PRINTER BEFORE REDEEMING COUPON
[*] When the coupon prints, you'll be prompted for a file name. Give it a filename w/ a
.ps extension (again, I suggest providing a PATH as well)
[*] Once you have your
.ps file, if you have the commercial version of Adobe Acrobat, use
Adobe Distiller to convert the
.ps file to a
.pdf file. Otherwise grab the free version of
PDF995 (
www.pdf995.com) which should be able to convert a
.ps to a
.pdf. Once you have the file in
.pdf format, you can e-mail it, print it w/ Adobe Acrobat Reader (which is FREE), etc.
