I'm not sure why, but I had absolutely no problems with these guys. I requested and received two fantastic & free pens -- personalized and everything -- within 2 weeks of ordering!

thanks, I got everything from them! last time, I registered more than 10 email addresses, and then they all came! even to exactly the same mailing address! so, yes, their system is only attentive to your email address, nothing else. anyway, I'll be busy for the next few minutes doing the register thing..
