Kielbasa Pierogi Reuben Casserole

Ingredients:
1 package of HSF Kielbasa, regular or light 1 package of frozen pierogies 2 cups sauerkraut 1/4 cup horseradish mustard (mixed into 1 cup warm water or beer) 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
Prep Instruction:
Prepare the kielbasa as directed on package, preferably steamed or boiled. Set aside. Prepare pierogies as directed. Set aside. In large casserole dish place kielbasa (which has been cut into bite-sized chunks) and pierogi, sauerkraut, mustard solution, and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese, cover with foil, and bake in oven at 325 degrees until steaming. Toss lightly and serve with beer. Serves 4
