im currently using the economic version of that. also made by rembrandt, the one with the mouthguards. it says it works in 30 days, and so far i DO notice my teeth getting whiter. not by much but its definately noticable. but then ive only been doing it for about a week so i suspect results should be very good.

the only bad thing i can think of is the annoyance of putting the paste on the mouthguard and wearing it for 30 minutes. it tastes kind of bad, and its annoying to wear the mouthguards. (cant talk, not always comfortable)

otherwise, i think it works great.
