Just filled it out a couple of times, the AutoFill on the ol' goodle toolbar makes it a lot faster to fill out.

They will send a confirmation to your email acct. Couple days later you'll get a 2d email with a link to page that is personalized to the name you sign up with and a barcode for scanning at Blockbuster. Can only be used once, so printing multiple copies won't get around this, unless you have rental cards for different locations,

Thanks... I sent multiples to different email accounts, used one myself, and gave two away since only one per account...still....very nice!!
