if you have IRDA or Bluetooth it would be easy
If you dont, I guess you'd need a data cable.

does your phone have IRDA ?

if you have a laptop that has an IRDA or Desktop with the IRDA adapter,
you can send data through it that way to your phone.

depends on your phone's capabilities.

Does it have Irda ? or BlueTooth ?

If not I think the only method is via Data cable.

Data cable is probably the only option for that phone, as it doesn't have vision. Also if you had the phone for over 18 months you can't score a decent deal on a new handset.
