The $20 coupon will not work with the free shipping. To get the free shipping, you have to enter the coupon code they give you. I guess they figured out free shipping with other coupons was costing them too much.

I noticed that free shipping code works for all shipping too, but the website clearly states good on UPS ground only.

Last time I dealt with these guys, I order a digital camera with a memory stick. They didn't have the camera in stock but they sent me the memory anyway!! A hassle dealing with their customer support which were not friendly either.
