i wonder how many people signed up for the ball offer....really, nike's a pretty big company and for them to pass on the offer seems pretty cheesy unless many thousands signed up. it probably doesn't cost more than $5 to produce and ship a sleeve of balls and they get some bad press on their lousy response.

oh well i guess i'll just have to wait until i find some of these in the woods before i try them!!

Everyone that signed out for the balls should just send a brief e-mail to Nike with a mild threat. If they use any of the information collected without giving out the balls it's outright fraud. It's their responsibility to protect against too many people signing up for the offer and the implied contract is "we give you our personal info, you give us balls". If they reneged on their half of it, they need to destroy the information collected or they're in trouble.

they won't come......i registered a couple months ago...just got an email today. they're "pleading the mulligan" which means, they don't have to give it out. this giveaway was intended for those who received an invitational postcard. so if you didn;t get one, you're not going to get the free sleeve of golf balls. sorry to disappoint...don't waste your time.
