This thing costs $20 Million dollars....I heard that on some tv show, can't remember what show though. NM will customize it to be whatever you like on the inside....I wonder if your customization choices will cost extra Personally I think they should throw in a driver for the thing, but I suppose if you can afford this thing, you can probably have one of your bulters (or better yet, french maids) drive it.
