Thanks for the link to the mold quiz. I took it and they say there's a problem with the site and to call a phone (1-800-874-8624) number to get the shirt, which I'll do on Mon morning. Free is good, it is our friend.

Well, I took the quiz (the link was dead so I started at the source link) and passed but received this error message:
