Yes, I am serious. I'd like to get this phone, but I don't have the $300 to do so. I figured that maybe Staples, where I can go and physically be handed the phone, would be a more reliable deal because I can't get my order cancelled. If that's crazy then I apologize, I just thought It might be one possible way to not have to go through anything with Amazon and order cancellation. $0.00 is still a price, I just donn't know if Staples' policy will honor this. I'm sorry if that seems ridiculous.

You know people who rain on other peoples happiness are just sad. Your just pissed because you never have gotten a gift card or discount for not getting a product they had listed @ a sale price. Dont be a hater, give it a try what do you have to lose? the worst that will happen is you will not get the phone. The best that will happen is you will get the phone. Ether way its worth the risk because in the end I know I will be calling up to get a gift card if I dont get the phone.

on a side note...I know a few people that work @ the distribution center in nevada, I will pass the word on to them and see if I can get my order passed through faster and processed. heh heh

True, but there's been many deals in the past that sounded 'too good to be true', and turned out to be scorching hot deals (3 DVD's for $1 - 800.com, free PC's, free trips to Las Vegas - wagerworks, RAM @ Amazon = $40 GC, etc, etc). In other words, it's worth a shot

This is FRAUD. Whoever created the above link is guilty, and if you know it is fraudulent you are guilty too.

I ordered one because I thought it was a price mistake. IMHO, exploiting price mistakes is not fraudulent, because a) you can't be absolutlely sure it is not a loss-leader type sale, and b) If they are dumb enough to advertise it, accept orders for it, and ship it for the advertised price, well, caveat emptor works both ways doesn't it?

However, after further reading, it became apparent to me that the link was a fraudulent attempt to take advantage of a known bug, so I logged back on to Amazon and cancelled my order.

You should too.

great link. this really had me almost believing till i read that

almost everyone i know at work ordered like a dozen of the things....i kept telling them that 99% of the time this doesn't work out!
