Sysclean is a free command-line tool from Trend Micro. It uses the PC-Cillin scan engine, it performs the same as if you were using a full-blown Trend Micro AV product (i.e. PC-Cillin Internet Security 2005) manual scanner.
Here is what you'll need:
Sysclean

Latest Trend Micro virus definition

Simply put both into the same directory (you will need to unzip the pattern file) and run Sysclean.com. The GUI pops up and you can run a scan of your system.
You may ask - why do I need this if I can perform a "web-based" scan for free as well (and from almost every vendor) - well, quite simple...if you're system is believed to be infected, you should *not* be online. Better to toss this on a USB key or CD-ROM and run a scan that way. Plus - no need for IE!
Also...since you can't install more than one AV product on a system, this gives an excellent second opinion.
Anyway...some may know of this but some may not. I've verified with Trend Micro that this is the full-blown PC-Cillin engine...so enjoy!
