I always found a ureach.com account works wonders in the manditory fax/phone number. Just make a BS account there. They give you a phone number/fax number. WOrks wonders. Keeps me from being pestered.

FYI - If you are copying and pasting the code, make sure you remove the extra space you'll probably get at the end. I pasted it in and hit the button and it failed -- took out the space and it worked fine.

(I gave my cos website also. If for some reason you don't have one, I don't see why you couldn't just pick some big companies web site. The don's send to your work address. E.g., your bank, brokerage company, insurance company, or whatever.)
