Free USB Ti Calculator Connectivity Kit after $15 Rebate at Walmart B&M

I just got back from B&M Walmart and I saw/purchased a USB Ti Connectivity Kit, it's an USB Cable to connect your Ti Calculator to your PC. The sale price is $14.13 and it comes with a $15 rebate. It's a great deal considering my serial Ti Graph Link was $45 (6 years ago.)

Seems this is a repost, or maybe just previously on fw...
anyways, no scolding from me as this is a good deal for many
but here's a tip....
check ti's website before you buy this, if memory serves some calc's aren't supported on this cable(windows). 86 and 85 come to mind... dunno why, data transfer structure for all the calcs is very similar....
oh, and you might want to snatch this quick if you want it, my local walmart seems to have taken these all off in a big cart and I havent' seen them pop up anywhere in the store (clearance area or anywhere)
oh and if you think you don't need one of these check out www.ticalc.org if it weren't for my homemade link, I wouldn't have been half as popular in High School hehe

I'm pretty sure the rebate is just on the package, the ones at my store had a sticker thing on them, I assume the form was on the backside

I have a homemade parallel link too! This thing is great. I wonder why the usb one doenst work for ti86s... I have one, as well as an 89. Might pick one of these up if i'm in the area.

I started out with the parallel, now I use the serial (it's compatible with TI's own software) I even made like 7 or 8 parallels to sell to ppl in HS, didn't make a serial till college, but it seemed to work on more machines, some were touchy with the parallel
anyhow, yea the links were in electronics, then I saw them put like 10 of them (all they had) in a shopping cart along with some other stuff the lady doing it said they were making room for new stuff. usually these things show up on the clearance isle, but I haven't seen them there yet...
