USPS has made available a series of DVDs on internet fraud, foreign lotteries, work at home scams, identity theft, and telemarketing fraud. All are free.

Great idea on that new title, I will suggest:
Chapter 1: Featuring Tigers Direct top scammers explaining how they set out their traps/baits.

Chapter 2: Featuring Rebate Processing Scam Artists doing a step by step instructions on how to make your rebate invalid.

Chapter 3 ....
