It's fair......if you've ever used those warming-massage lotions, this is similar. It's otherwise same as KY Liquid.

IMHO, I don't really care for the stuff....doesn't last....astroglide/auqualube is better........but everyone is different.

Well then you'd just soak towels in hot water and lay them on the body. I don't have any experience with that and can't for the life of me remember where I heard that so please no PM's on more tips.
