The themes and all other goodies are aligned on the top of the webpage like menu buttons. Click on them will direct you to each sub section.
A. To change themes, logon screen, styles, wallpaper, etc:
An easy way is to use the free download "StyleXP" shareware linked on the website. It has options for changing each one of them. Personally, I use StyleXP.
Note: Some say that the TGT StyleXP shareware will expire after sometime, here is a link to manually install your theme without using this shareware (thanks to Mhz). May not work with SP1, do it at your own risk.
B. To change bootscreen:
An easy way is to use the "BootXP" software from http://www.bootxp.net/ (thanks to Devistater).
If you want to do it manually, here is a bootscreen guide to change the boot screen manually.
All works for me.
