That watch has a retail value of $12! Who sets the retail values on these types of things? I was actually just wondering that the other day while watching infomercials at night and some product went something like:
"Retail value of $500. Order within next thirty minutes and get 50% off. Also, we'll throw in these gifts which have retail values of over $400 each."
