To whom it may concern,
It is with great regret that we must announce the sudden closure of this free offer. Our manufacturing department has informed us that the bottom of the mug (the seam where the rubber connects to the stainless steel) was not secured properly on our first and only run. As a result, the product isn't necessarily safe for use with hot liquids.
We have sent emergency letters to all addresses that received or will be receiving our free mug. The letters were sent today and mailed express, and we can only hope that it reaches everyone before the mug does.
We will almost definitely be doing a second production run that will no doubt be tested several times before being shipped. We will resubmit this site to participating directories when the time comes.
