McDonald's has a promo where you get game tickets with a lot of the items. You can also get tickets without buying anything by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to them with the instructions at http://onehotholiday.com/

EVERY ticket wins something. 1 in 10,001 wins an XBOX One.

Edit: I guess I got lucky with the first bunch of tickets. According to the FAQ the odds of live memberships are 1 in 28.

I sent in 3 of those about a week ago, two games and a 1-month gold membership. Only the gold membership has come back so far.
