Just IMO I guess. What happens in 3 months when you want to play games online with your Xbox and the dial up service? Oh wait, you can't, Xbox is broadband only. Want out of your contract? That'll be $250 please.

i saw this offer too. You need to sign up for 24 months as he said but 1 month of MSN is 22.99 or something. 24*22.99=$551.76. An Xbox costs $150ish now. Which do YOU think is the better deal?

But what if you have MSN already, and have no hope of getting broadband in the near future?

24*22.99=$551.76 - $551.76 you'd be paying anyways = 0$ for the XBox.

Not a deal for everyone, but a smoking deal for people with MSN and who plan on staying with MSN.

Best Buy joining with MSN has been offering this deal for the past 3 years or so....... I don't know where you guys have been.......anyways......thats my 2 cents on that.

Juno dial-up is $9.95. Many local ISPs offer unlimited dialup for $14.95 or less. Netzero is free (altho limited time).

$22.99 - $9.95 * 24 = $312.96 you'll be saving by going with another isp (or MShit will be profiting off you)

Xbox is $199......

I have used it and it isnt a good thing... broadband is the way to go.
