Well..."Freedom of Speech" doesn't really apply in the workplace...so only an idiot would choose option #3, absent some kind of union agreement or other contract that might protect the speaker.

I worked construction nearly all my life...no one really cares what you say...as long as you don't stop working...although you might catch some shit from your co-workers during breaks.I'll choose #3. There are no feels in construction, only production.
