Revision: pre 5 (rev 5 will be the same as this, save integration of info / programs from VST and my Rootkit Thread when they are finalized)

[*]AntiRootkit section added with link to my rootkit thread
[*]SuperAntiSpyware added (John)
[*]Updated system resource use of aVast (Mem)
[*]Added Kerio Personal Firewall 4 Free Edition (dwcal)
[*]Added instructions on enabling full DEP (MechBgon)
[*]Removed peperfix for it was out of date
[*]Updated link to KazaaBeGone
[*]Minor text fixes and updates to various sections
I would like to again ask the community to post in the Windows Vista Security Thread (linked at the top of the OP) regarding compatibility with any of these applications in Windows Vista x32 and x64, you will be credited for discovering it in that thread and it will help the community know what is safe to install in Vista x32 or x64.
The final revision 5 of this thread will come shortly after Rev 11 of the CST.
