freeware app that limits program usage?

looking for a freeware app that limits a program's usage based on time. So, for example, i can set the program to only allow minesweeper to be open for 2 hours per day. If a user exceeds this limit, the program terminates and the user is denied access until the next day. Anyone have any ideas?

highly abused apps on our network. i.e. People playing minesweeper and solitaire for hours at a time, and closing it with a hotkey when the boss walks by.

"Parents Friend" is often mentioned whenever this subject is discussed in other forums. Apparently, the program provides surprisingly good functionality for free. The nominal $5 registration fee is optional.

We can't. The machies are owned by a third party company. We're under strict orders not to delete anything or make changes to the configuration without prior approval.

Just find the program files for the games, move them to another folder, then when you return or before the machines are audited, move them back. Renaming would work also.

adding a program would be making just as much of a change as removing a program.
