Well, looking at history, the GTO was just a Tempest with..... yes that's right, a different engine.
So the new one isn't that far off. They took another GM car and put in a bigger engine.

And yes, the people are mistaken by calling the Woodward Cruise car a "judge" I think its because its orange.

I thought I recognised the name "huntress" from somewhere else whil posting at LS1GTO. I just recently got my goat too. Quicksilver/black. Loving it. My handle there like anywhere else but here is IamDeMan. I am new to LSIGTO. Its a nice forum.

for those of us who think american cars suck, you are sadly mistaken. we build cars mostly for the enthusiast. power is where we all want it. so they build it. granted, with all of the laws we have here we cant have the best builds that ford, chevy, dodge etc can put out. however, go to europe and you will see that ford is held in very high regard.
do some more research, we have nice cars. i for one, support the american builds. as they make my life way better than any asians, or german company could ever do.
support your economy that you live in, eventually it will make things better for your children in their life to come.
Now, that GTO flies. i put my foot in one of them and man, im tellin ya, the push that thing has is incredible. 1 bad thing about the car tho, all that power its hard not to be in it all the time. thus, 14 miles to the gallon.
