Friends vs. Survivor...

i don't know if this was posted before but NBC is apparently airing 40min episodes against Survivor II...i read it awhile ago, but today i read this:

What's more, on Feb. 15, NBC will fill the 20 minutes following Friends with outtakes from the sitcom and actor interviews conducted by Conan O'Brien >>

Conan is going to be on during primetime...Conan rules...haha...that's mainly why i posted this, cause most people on this board loves conan...

Friends 4EVA! I hate stupid reality T.V. shows that everyone falls in like sheep to watch. I hope they can squeeze in Rachel and Ross getting back together in those extra 10 min.

Friends is one of the few shows where I consistently laugh out loud at least 5 times an episode. It's a good thing I can stand it, because it's on our TV every chance it gets. Twice a day except for Thursday when it's on thrice.

I watch Headline News off and on from 10-6 (with tons of classes in between). I watch NBC from 6- till I go to sleep everynight

So NBC and Headline News are the ONLY channels I ever watch

have any of you guys seen Craig Kilbourn (sp?)? i watched a little bit of it once since conan was a rerun...but it was so stupid i changed it back to conan and was LMAO...it was the one with Jackie Chan when he was promoting Legend of Drunken Master...

Quite honestly I don't know anybody personally who would rather watch friends over Survivor. I know its something everyone loves to hate but when it comes down to it most people would rather watch 16 strangers go at it than Friends. I'll be recording and I think you'll see that the ratings prove what I just said...Friends will still get good ones but S2 is going to clean up.

What IS funny is seeing actors putting down all of these reality TV shows so aggressively. The reason is of course because these shows filled with low-paid/or even free &quot;actors&quot; are grabbing ratings away from these half a million per show hollywood stars. No tears from me!

Hey...it's been around awhile and I've been watching it since the beginning.

I could care less who wins the ratings war. I'm just glad the war exists and all the sheep are watching that lame show so I can get more FRIENDS!

You know what it is...Survivor shows the ugliness in all of us and I'd like to think Friends tries to show the beauty at least! (Plenty of beauty on J. Aniston, C. Cox and L. Kudrow!)

Only reason why the stuidos are doing lots of reality shows, is they will be place holders if there is a writer or actor stike this spring/summer. They are testing to see which formats work and which don't. Hopefully these stupid reality shows aren't around this time next year. I for one didn't watch Survivor and I won't be watching survivor 2. I got better things to do that watch jackasses and idiots make fools of them selves.
