Well, given that any mb/cpu combo from Fry's is always B&M and has been for years, it's pretty much understood that it's only B&M, much like the great cpu prices MicroCenter has.

I believe they get restocked but YMMV. Call up or visit and talk to some of the guys around the motherboard area. They should be able to shed some light on it.
