Officemax also has an 80GB Western Digital with $40 (one 30 and one 10) MIR. I think you could PM and maybe use a coupon (if you can find one with a low dollar amount... maybe Staples or Office Depot coupons). The only thing is whether the Officemax 80Gb is 8MB.

Maybe you could try that order by phone thing. I'm always hearing one of the NorCal Fry's places does order-by-phone sales. You're supposed to call them and ask for Telesales or something. Search the other Fry's threads if you feel like it, or maybe they're running some of the same deals at Outpost.com. Good luck

Picked up this PSU and is being used for the VIA P4PB-CFL & Celeron combo but voltage readings say -13.xx for -12 V?? What is -12 V responsible for anyways? Is this a bad thing? The hardware monitoring program that the motherboard came with keeps beeping and warning me about this particular reading.

that means it isnt good. the program beeps when the levels arnt up to par. my old raidmax did the same thing. all was fixed when i got my antec trupower 430w

antec trupower 430wams30gts stepped away from the Tempo and into the Lexus! One extreme to the other? Heck ya, that TruPower will power my 3.5 H.P air compressor in the garage when needed! Of course the AirComp is DC, naturally.

Yes.. I know it is a bad thing. But why would there be an inconsistancy with +12v and -12v and what's the difference and what does it do exactly... I guess what I'm trying to ask is.. is it really all that important / dangerous? Don't really want to shell out more money just for a PSU ...
