Deal also confirmed for San Diego/San Marcos Fry's.
However, I believe this is the slower 444MHz memory version.

Just got back from Fry's with the aforementioned card for $90+tax after rebates. Although the box says 4x AGP, when I opened the box, the sticker on the card says it's an 8x AGP card with a corresponding model number indicating 8x AGP. I installed the card using the detonator drivers from Nvidia's site and it installs as "NVIDIA GeForce4 Ti 4200 with AGP8X". I am happy with my purchase
Edit: YMMV

What's the big deal between 4x and 8x AGP? Isn't it just marketing hype about theoretical bandwidth? I don't know if I've ever heard of transfer rates ever exceeding 2x AGP limits. Kinda like UDMA 66... why do people get worked up over whether something is ATA 100 or ATA133 if hardly any drives exist which even hit 66 MB/sec?

Never...Michael Fry is keeping his operations as a west coast store. Trust me...with Fry's ...eerything is open box/returned...they just shrink wrap their stuff. And if you ever need to return stuff....oh man!!! What a freakin hassle.
