They had this combo for $209 last week and 3 weeks ago at Outpost.
ECS really isn't too bad. I OC'd the 3.2E w/ECS at 3.6GHZ stock fan and it ran stable for 20 minutes. But that's when the Arctic front blew through and the garage was like 30 degrees

why buy that duron combo when you can get the sempron 2200+ combo for 49.99? its not on sale at the moment, but i've seen it pop up more than once.
They'll give you a DFI combo for $289.99 at our Fry's.Originally posted by: cownipples
If you ask one of the sales persons they will upgrade the mb for a few extra bones, I bought a combo from them a month ago and upgraded the mb for 50$ more for a abit mb. YMMV

I agree. I did however pick up a Duron/Combo for $39 + shipping a while back before I found a Sempron Deal. A lot of people complained about the PC Chips mobo but I had no problems. I got it clocked to 1.9GHz stable on the provided mobo.
Just put together the 2500 Sempron/KT600 Combo today. It's a lot nicer than the Duron Combo but also was almost twice the price $ $77 shipped.
This is my 1st Sempron build & I must say I'm happily impressed with this budget chip.
