Was just shown a deal in the Friday Fry's ad for:

-AMD FX-55 (2.6GHz)
-Abit KN8-SLI
-Corsair 1GB (512MBx2) RAM
-Antec 550Watt PS

..for ~$750, after $30 MIR; product #4760709

The CPU alone is on pricewatch for $800.. looks like ~$250 savings; gotta spend money to save money!

Technically it's not that bad, but who wants to pay the premium for an FX-55 anymore? Opteron 146 FTW + other items = cheaper FTW!

It's $50 better @ $749.99 in San Jose, Ca. and in Southern Ca.

Too bad I can't afford that much for a motherboard and CPU.
