It kinda works like this.
If you have enough money to get a QX9650, you're gonna be using it under LN2/Dice which makes it a better deal then the Q9650 E0 because if its unlocked multi.
However if you have enough for a LN2/Dice setup, then you've long graduated from LGA775, so you wouldn't even be giving the QX9650 a second look.
If you're only on air/water, then the Q9650 E0 would be a better chip for you, plus it costs less.
Really it makes no sense at all for anyone to buy a QX9650 now
