Wow! I was at the Webster Store. I didnt have to wait in line for checkout at all. At least half of the registers were holding up there little red signs. All in all, not a bad experience. Was it just me, or were most people here expecting a little more from the grand opening? There really wasnt the kind of specials I expected.

fvckin' fry's! i was the 1st guy in line and all i got was a fvckin' phone. i don't even have a hard line. i feel bad for all the other people who waited with me, i was the only one to receive a giveaway. what a crock of sh!t. all the other previous openings with free laptops and whatnot for the first few customers and they give one phone away. fry's you cheap bastards!!!

I don't understand waiting in lines for these hot deals. Reminds me of that Eagles song Desperado.. In the time I'd drive and wait I could make double what I'd save doing work instead.

Still, with the great weather we've had though it could be fun(herein Houston), but somehow I doubt there are any hot chicks waiting in those lines.

Ever notice the people who wait in long lines for hot deals aren't the most attractive bunch?

ever notice people can be complete jerks. who are you to call those people unattractive? if anyone's ugly, it's people like you who judge others 'cause you can't understand differences in people. as for the deals, no one knew they were going to suck. plus there was an advertisement for prize giveaways and i'm not talking about the truck, tv, trip prize.

Hooray for Sugar Land! It's been almost 10 years since I've been back home for more than 2 days, but I'm glad they finally opened a Fry's in the Houston SW location.

Good to know Sugar Land's still growing, but during my time, you could still see land and trees in the city.

I was The Webster locations first sale this morning, got there at 7, got in got my TV and got out. Once I was in the door I was out in 5 minutes.

it's cool. i guess i was pissed 'cause all i got was a lousy phone. plus i felt so bad for everyone else who waited out there with me. you're not the jerk i thought, my apologies for calling you that.
