Thanks for making it more expensive on the rest of us, you self-centered piece of trash. And then you come here and brag as if we should look up to you because you return all these items?

How about doing a little research first, and saving Fry's money, your time, and everyone else's money as well?
I was at Frys, unaware that the price match included shipping (I have Amazon Prime, so its free 2 day shipping for me no matter what the price of the item is) and they gave me 2 seperate price matches for under 20$ for movies. 2 days later, I come back with my friend to get an item that is 20$ at Frys and only 14$ on Amazon (shipped and sold by Amazon), so I asked for the price match and they told me I couldn't get it for the price because I would have had to pay for shipping. My fault for not reading the fine print, but then I thought 2 things, 1.) I have Amazon Prime, its free 2 day shipping period for me so why deal with this at all, and 2.) They just did this for me for the same prices on 2 separate occasions, WTH? At the end of the argument they gave me the discount, but, now I know that Amazon still cant be beat in my situation.

Yah... I go to that Fry's too... They hate me because I have returned so many routers and Video Cards it is not even funny - I return them because I found better deals on NewEgg or Amazon... I also found out that if they do price match they normally would give you an open box/returned item...

I hate you. For 6 months I have hated you, with my hate festering in my gut. It has now burst forth into this rant in which I want to put your computer in a blender and feed it to you.

I agree that that's a pretty trashy thing to do, however.

I went to MC yesterday and they wouldn't price match Frys. The sales person said they used to but because they took a beating a while back over some outrageous price matches, they will not longer price match. He did say that depending on the manager on duty, he could get a price match approved.

I do know for a Fact Microcenter is at total war with Fry's and NewEgg in my Area - Southern California...

I bought my AMD Phenom II x 4 Deneb 3.4GHz at Fry's for $134... a few days later I was at a Microcenter looking at Power Supplies for my build and some guy came in with a Fry's Ad for the very same AMD processor because a Microcenter Rep told him over the phone they had some in stock and would price match it for $134 (They had it listed for $169.99 at the time)... but they were out of stock and gave him a AMD Phenom II x 6 Thenub 1055 instead for $134!! This was back in October 2010...

That is pretty lame, most B&M stores will price match other B&M stores as long as the item is in stock. I guarantee you if it was me buying, I would get the price matched.

I tried a price match in Houston and was told it would take a day for them to check it out.

Not worth 2 trips.

Well shit man, where do you think all those open box/returned items are coming from? Could it be from a select few assbags that use a retail establishment like it's a god damn library, checking out parts and returning them week after week until one day Nebor has to pick up a new motherboard on short notice and can't find a god damn single fucking one on the shelf without an "open box" tag that's certainly been man-handled by some basement dwelling fucktard to the point that the capacitors are split open from being overclocked past the breaking point and the PCBs are sticky with Mountain Dew Code Red?!?!?!!?! Fry's should hire bouncers, so that when self-centered little cockbags like yourself saunter in to the returns line and offer up the excuse, "I just didn't like it..." or, "I want something newer" they can take that 10" long, dual GPU behemoth video card that you're costing them $40 on, and shove it so far up your ass that motherfucking bitcoins shoot out your nose and mouth.

I have had some good experiences lately with Fry's and their price matching policy. People like that destiny piece of shit annoy me too. End up wasting so much time going back and forth because motherboards are just toast. You can get them to occasionally go find you one that hasn't been opened. Usually out of customers reach or in the back.

What about on Amazon if they won't show you the price unless you add the item to your cart? Fry's still match then? Talking about TV's specifically. Considering purchasing a TV soon and Amazon is way cheaper than Fry's, but Amazon plays the game where they won't show the price until the TV is in your cart.

Frys pricematches online codes, i called in and they said yeah....they even matched the microcenter 2500k instore pickup only a few days ago. But you have to shell out for tax, that's the only thing.
