That " no name" dvd player is an APEX AD-1500,
The funky Sony dvd is PSYC DVD Player DVP-PQ1
just got back from Fry's.. hope this helps

You're correct. And Lord knows, I prefer the Register to the left-wing Times. However, the Times allows you to zoom in on specific parts of the ad while the Register does not. (And I'm sure you know how important it is to read the fine print when you're dealing with Fry's. )
