No, you cannot run your memory speed totally different from your FSB speed. Your only option is to either put your FSB speed back down to a safe level or your other option is to just run you memory at just Host Clock. That way your FSB speed and memory will be 105 mhz, but I do not suggest doing this as you will lose performance from slower memory.

Wait a minute... I see that you have PC 150 memory. Running your FSB at 105 and your memory at 138 mhz should be no problem at all. I think the message from SiSandra is just a warning and that you can ignore that message since you have PC 150 memory. Just as long as nothing crashes and your system is stable you should be okay.

I think the message he got was Sandra incorectly identifying the PCI clock as 50MHz whitch is wrong (of corse).

K, man... lemme tell u something... Let's assume:

U just got a sample stick of RAM that runs up to 175 Mhz...

U have a PIII, & up the bus to... 133 & the memory to 133+33(PCI)=166

U test QIII & Unreal Tournament framerates & they're so high that u've seen nowhere this... no crashes, no nothing....

Then u get SiSoft Sandra, which tells you that you're memory is running too high... r u going to change it back?

Think not... Don't relay on diagnostic software always (it's crappy) & that's why Anandtech Forums r for ;-)
