fuji cdr 90 for $ 6 at compusa

i just got back from compusa, they have 3 30pk fuji cdr for 6 after rebate
11 x 3 = 33
3 x 3 = 9 ir
3 x 6 = 18mir
33 - 9ir = 24 - 18mir = 6 dollar

the thing is the rebate form that print out at the crashier only said 6mmir 30packcdrmedia so i don't know how compusa said it's 6 x 3 = 18, didn't know we could send in 3 6dollar each rebate form. also before i saw fuji starting to have 100pk cdr make in taiwan but now i also see that they now got the 50pk make in taiwan too, guess fuji going to stop having the ty brand :music:

I think the last time they had these on sale they were instore only. Now that Fuji is starting to use Taiwanese discs you might want to look for Made In Japan printed on the sleeve so you could get Taiyo Yuden discs.

I got Fuji Cdrs with rebate before. Their rebate processing is excellent, I got my rebate within 20 days or so. One company that knows how to do rebates right.

I think the 3pack deal is just marketing since it's limit 3 rebate per name per household. Meaning you could probably buy one 30 pack spindle to get one 6 MIR if you dont need that many discs.

FYI - You can get a maximum of three rebates at once with one purchase of three 30 packs with the same address. I've done it more a couple of times already.

Same envelope. You can also go to their website and fill out an online rebate. You still have to mail it in though. They also require a signature on the form you print out. I like using the online method. I just tape a copy of the receipt and the barcodes from the packages directly to the printed page and mail it. They claim you will get your rebate in 20 days, but it's not quite that fast.

My experience has been that's it's a week or two beyond the twenty days after they have received my rebate form. Case in point- I have 3 outstanding $6 30 pack rebates from 7-28 that they would have received by mail around the 1st of August. At best it is somewhat faster than just mailing in the rebates, they should quit claiming that 20 day stuff. It has never been that quick for me.

They originally used to be pretty friggin quick... I sometimes saw it in one week!

But now it's back down to the typical 30+ days since a lot more people have burners. I'm just hoping for DVD+R and DVD-Rs to start dropping.
