Thanks for the input, but that's not correct. The S7XXX line coexisted beside the S6XX line for a long time. The S6XXX line was most similar to the S2XXX, but with better hardware (lighter and with better processors).
Ahh, I remember now... The S7000's have 14.1" screens, while the S6000's have 13.3" screens. I owned a S6010 a few years back (before the S2000 and S7000's came out). I guess they killed the S2000 and S6000 lines.

That was a sweet machine you had. According to their website, the S2000 is still going strong. That's what's so weird. I could imagine them working on a new model, but not discontinuing the old one for a while first... I also thought it was one of their most coveted laptops.
