He most liekly does live in romania, but that address is most likely not his. Any packages sent to said address will not be received by him. I can garauntee this. Textbook romanian scam. I'll sign him up for a few spams.

If you're really feeling stalkerish, you can look at all the items he buys.

edit: And it looks like this guy may be in the US, because I think some of the auctions he buys are "US shipping only" auctions...

edit2: what someone COULD do, is email one of the people he's bought from and find out his address. Although, the seller may not be willing to devulge...
