Funniest Segment in TGUK History?

I am watching S22E03. They are doing an 'ambulance' segment. They each have to build their own ambulance because the standard type of van is too slow, etc. Funniest segment ever!

I didn't think it was terrible special (I enjoyed the police ones they've done more). I'm assuming you spent most of the time laughing about the catheter and dick jokes?

I did get a laugh out when Hammond shot the "patient" through the window.

This was probably true until this year's Christmas special in Argentina. They literally had to flea the country with a police escort and cross the border by driving through a river for fear the natives were waiting for them on the main road out.
