Happy to see lots of love for Fawlty Towers. EVERY single episode is a winner. Father Ted was pretty good as well. Seems like I like the British comedies more than the American ones. The British show Coupling and the British version of The Office were good.

I figured more people would have liked Frasier than Cheers? Also surprised no one has mentioned IT Crowd yet.

Cheers was the original that introduced Frasier. Frasier was good, but got to give props to the source.

Not sure MASH was ever "funny"...just more of an interesting watch. It's fairly unwatchable now if you catch reruns.

Seinfeld is nothing but annoying. From the 5 second jingles between scenes right down to the man's way of speaking. Kramer's acting is too.

Of that particular list, only Cheers was worth watching.

Seinfeld I never did get...and actually grew to hate both the characters and actors to the point where having one in a show/movie kills any interest for me.

meh...it was a relatively funny show way back when...reruns aren't nearly as funny.

Sopranos was funny as hell...one of the funniest shows in decades.

All in the Family was hilarious...especially if you knew that Carroll O'Connor was a bleeding heart liberal who HATED the Archie Bunker character...yet still played the part to perfection. (myself, I'd have killed the meathead and dumped his body somewhere it would never be found...but that's me)

Can't say enough good things about Party Down. And can't wait for the next season of Black Jesus.

Seinfeld has got to be the funnest I ever seen. Cheers was alright.

I like how some say South Park and Family Guy. I don't think those qualify as sitcoms. But if they did I'd pick American Dad, South Park and Rick & Morty.

Everybody Loves Raymond. Second to Seinfeld.

Seinfeld is the only show I still laugh at no matter how many times I watch an episode.

It's weird that it's so polarizing. Some people are into it and some people just don't like it. There isn't much of a middle ground like most shows have.
