Funniest sitcoms of all time

Ron Swanson is 90% of that show. I also don't really like Aziz, but his character ends up being worth accepting with, his associations with John Francio or whatever his name is, and that other lady in the department. He has his moments, but that show is all Swanson.

Yep. It's quite boring, almost yawn inducing without Ron Swanson.

I don't know why FRIENDS features in so many lists, nowhere remotely close to almost everything else mentioned here. Humor is obviously very subjective, so no questions asked.
I'd also like to include VEEP and its plethora of amazing actors and the characters they play. Mike Mclintock and Jonah being my personal favorite.

I really wish they'd make this available for streaming. Damn Phil Hartman was hilarious.

I got hooked on MASH as a kid (instead of Power Rangers...lol). I didn't really understand any of the war or political themes at the time, but it had pretty good humor. Hawkeye had a sharp wit!

I really only like the highlights compilation from that show. I think the Office nailed it as kind of the first documentary-esqe office TV show; most of the early episodes were pretty funny throughout. I feel like a lot of Parks & Rec is pretty slow & the highlight reels on Youtube are what make it hilarious.

Rafi was great in small doses. Two or three lines here or there and he was freaking hilarious. But they overdid that character big time. And giving two complete episodes to him and Dirty Randy was a joke.

Rafi definitely ruined The League. Once they stopped focusing on fantasy football, it went down hill.

IMO Taco was already such an overacted character that they didn't need another one, but Rafi had some funny lines here and there. Definitely needed a light touch though.

Yeah. One Taco was enough and Rafi kind of encroached on that territory. I had the same problem with almost all the characters outside the original six. Rafi, Dirty Randy, Russell, Lane, Frank and Gina Gibiatti, Chuck, etc. were all so over the top weird that none of them seemed like real people, they were all just props. Only Sophia and Shiva didn't grate on my nerves, maybe because they seemed more normal and maybe because they were just ungodly hot. The League was at its absolute best when it was only the core group playing fantasy football. The trash talk, the colluding, the sabotaging, just hammering on each other mercilessly it was the funniest show on TV. Whenever they deviated from that it was less good.
