Actually it was furby-shocker. I know the person that did this. It was a 13.8kV 25 kVA "pole pig" wired in reverse and current limited with a lincoln arc welder. The furbastard got about 18kW of power through him. The video was stolen and uploaded as furby in the microwave. I've done that and it's not nearly as fun. (although the POS stopped yapping!)
