Just the important parts.

I already explained how and why it works the way it does. Go back and read some more.

You can always count an idiot to take an idiot's side. Congratulations.

You explained how it works in your world, which must be fairy land, but he saying it doesn't work that way in his world. Why not take the bet, you chicken shit?

For the record, I never had an issue receiving a fee waived.

Uhh, of course they are going to say no. They already told him no. I suppose you didn't read the thread?

Dude if that's the reason why you didn't want to bet, you should've said so instead of repeating liar liar liar.

It's quite easy to confirm if they say no because of a previous recent fee waiver.
It goes like this...
Hi, I had an overlimit fee on the 23rd, can you please waive it as a one time courtesy?

Now if they still said no, and you were correct in there being a one time courtesy waiver policy, they would tell me when I had a previous waiver. If not, I could always ask if they have a one time courtesy fee waiver.

Sounds good? Deal on the bet?

You'd get overdraft charges if it were your bank savings/checking account each day it's got insufficient funds. You got unlucky here on a credit card but it's not like this stuff is out of the question.

Anyway, I've gone over the date due on a couple credit card bills before and asked if they could waive the late fee. They did because they could see I was a customer for years and never missed a payment. They were probably much more lenient then than they are these days.

You're so clever! I'm sure you had no idea that people read threads on this forum!

It's ok if you're attracted to me. I get that a lot from gay men, including over in the L&R forum. I'm used to it and take it as a compliment.

So you too are claiming the inability to read? Sheeshe. Can't add, subtract or read? Go waaay back to the beginning of the thread. I said it then. If you've had a fee previously waived in the last 12 months then you aren't getting another one. You stated the simply wouldn't waive or and neither would the manager becuase they didn't do "courtesy" waives. BS, they do them and you've already had one which is why this time around they said no. Deny it all you want, kiddo.

You're not arguing with me, you're arguing with the bank, which interstingly CAN add and subtract. Amazing!

Oh you tease, this is how you go looking for other roid lovers ins't it? You post your photos on a forum that thousands of people read and then claim people are chasing you around. Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm happily married. Maybe you should ask your supplier what he thinks of you. I bet he's available.

Forgive me if I don't respond to any more of your advances.

Uh yeah, so that's why that sample script I typed out is supposed to confirm if they do the courtesy waive or not.
Did you read my post btw?
C'mon, 3 way over the phone, it'll be quick.

He's not going to bet you. He's a moron.

Did you ask for both of the charges to be removed?

Same thing happened to me some years back with Chase. My card had an $1100 limit, and I used it for daily spending that I would pay off every month. My other cards carried balances (at the time, debt free now).

I received my bill from them showing my balance was over by $4. I sent in my payment, in full, and the next month I had another over limit fee because of the statement cut date. They also rate jacked me to 29.9%.

I have since collected $375 from chase for opening new checking accounts, so I feel like I'm getting something back. For me, they have been the absolute worst CC issuer. Even now I have my lowest credit line with them, $2600.

Could be worse. For instance, I thought my bank balance was perfectly fine. I thought I had just enough to buy this $90 router or whatever. It showed online my balance was at $96 or something, so I was like, "Fuck yeah, just enough." Then I buy it... About 15 days later I get my little report from them in the mail and it shows -35, -5, -5, and -5 for each fucking day since that purchase. So, without a phone call, nothing at all. I was getting assraped because I didn't know I went over somehow. Apparently, mother fuckers at shirt.woot.com decided to wait like 3-4 days on taking out that $10 so... I was at $6 for a while and then BAM, they charge the $10. >_> I thought the purchase had already been done. Ugh, fucking POS. I had to pay $66 in overcharge fees after talking to the lady to get to come down some...
You'd think they'd fucking call you and say, "Yo, awesome dude, you fucking went over the balance. Might wanna do somethin' about that, mkay? talk to you later, crackah."
