Recently I ordered a "Cheesey Gordita Crunch", and a Chicken Quesedilla too. Well, when I get home, they had forgotten to put the special baja? sauce on the CGC so it didn't taste like it was supposed to. So next time I went through the drive-thru, at the window I mentioned this, and they said they'd make me a new one. This time they gave me a regular Gordita I guess, without the hard taco shell that comes with the CGC, and it had tomatoes and all sorts of other things that didn't belong (nothing too gross I dont' think, I didn't eat it anyway =P). So on the third visit, they finally got it right. I didn't go off the deep end though, I just politely informed them of their error and asked that it be fixed, and it was.

Just file a complaint, don't go overboard or you stand to waste even more of your time, and perhaps will only end up getting more frustrated if the outcome isn't to your liking. Detail what happened, and express your displeasure, and I'm sure if you talk to a manager or higher, they'll do their best to see that it is addressed. And if you continue to have problems with this Taco Bell, just don't go there anymore. If poor customer service turns into a trend for that location, they will suffer sales and hopefully analyze why that's happening and perhaps address the CS part of the equation.
