I am always the guy behind the guy that has to special order everything for his family of five. Hamburger no lettuce no pickles, Soda with no ice, etc etc... Bastards grrrrrrrrr. If you have more than one special request go park your car and go inside. Stop slowing down the drive through. You almost deserve to get your order screwed up.

On another note I wonder what would happen if you refuse to pull up. One day I want to try that when they ask me pull up out of line. I hate when they do that.

The only drive through I never have problems with is Wendy's. Hell I'd take a chili with extra fingers as long as I continue to get good service at their drive thru.

So untrue for me for Wendy's. They are hell-bent on fast drive-thru service - obvious because they like to predict what amount of change to give you and they have it in hand before you even drive up to the window - happens all the time. Anyway, they hand me the bags and stare at me until I get out of there. I don't think it's because they want to ensure I'm okay with it. I've been fuct by them a couple times... I'm not worrying about what they think...

Just call and tell them the truth, they should contact the crappy mgr and maybe do something about it.

Never keep bad service to yourself, always let them know as they usually appreciate it, especially corporate crap food places like taco hell.

No offense, but Taco Bell isn't some gourmet palace that constructs meals to your exact liking. It's fast food, take it or leave it. It's like asking Burger King to cook you fries "without salt" b/c you want it that way. If you wanted hard-crafted tacos, go to some fine Mexican place, not Taco Bell. To maintain speed and such, they have standardized tacos. I understand your point, but you've gotta understand the means of the business.

First off, why did you even pay for the food, if it took them an hour? I'm sure they had a manager there, who, with a minimum of screaming, would have seen the error of their ways, and refunded your money (had a similar instance in a Whataburger....busy night, they kept "losing".....in other words, accidentally giving away......my order. I had nothing better to do, the manager was hot, and fun to watch, so I sat there patiently. poor girl behind the counter noticed twice that I was still waiting for my food, and kept apologizing, and kept giving it away (I saw it happen twice!! :laugh: ), and then would apologize again, etc. by the time an hour was up, I had a fresh meal, and my money back, plus an hour of unforgetful entertainment behind me!).

Second, next time some moron asks you why no cheese, explain to them it's a food allergy, and eating any sort of cheese, especially when you ordered the food without cheese, will turn you into a SCREAMING FVCKING A$$HOLE!!! :laugh:

I stopped eating at TB cuz I can't believe that the so called "beef" they put in so much of their food is anything but a mixture of rat feces and floor sweepings. NASTY!! :shocked: If it ain't made with chicken at TB, likely you're eating hooves, ears and tails! :disgust:

i rarely have problems with the taco bells that i go to. however, when there are problems, they are pretty friendly and fix whatever is wrong. great food! sorry to hear about your problems. get those fvckers fired.

Most fast food places will accomodate specific requests. Good way to get more recently cooked food, too.
