Upto $162 after instant savings. sound like good overclockers, and in my mind an instant rebate for $35 is better than a rebate for $50. I'll never see the rebate.

Arrgh! I held out for the free shipping per "that other thread" and now the rebate is dead AND the darn code won't work for anything I put in my cart! (yet NE says it's a valid code, but doesn't apply).

Lower latency's work far better w/ AMD64 overclocks for those of you that are interested. I have a set of the 550SU2 that the Egg no longer sells, and running them @ 2.5-3-3-71T 275mhz fell short of running it at 2-2-2-5 1T DDR400. Now I have then running @ DDR444 2-2-2-5 1T on 2.9v G.Skill ram rocks, I'll never go back...

But this one doesn't include the MIR, so more than likely they would not credit you for it.

You gotta emphasize the tax you paid. Since they don't reimberse you some change, that's where the extra dollar comes in.

Is it worth the hasle for $2..I got it 2 days ago and paid $164 before rebate....so $146 after rebate

Just hate UPS..with fedex 3day shipping that started in NJ usually got to me in 2 days..not with UPS..never early

GAH, just went for some Corsair XMS (cas2, PC3200) for same price but with a MIR. I'd rather go for no rebate, plus was interested in some faster stuff as well.

Does anyone know what counts as a good sales receipt? The rebate forms says "Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts not accepted as proof of purchase." Soooo will the confirmation email I got from newegg work?

If you go to order history in your newegg account, they should have an invoice for you to print out.
